Connaught Capital Advisors is an entrepreneurial firm with an institutional mindset. Our investment strategy is designed to create value within opportunities and maximize returns for our investors.
We currently focus on obtaining the highest possible risk-adjusted returns through purchasing multifamily, industrial and retail properties. This is accomplished in partnership with a trusted group of institutional investors that include leading firms such as TPG, Westbrook Partners, CIGNA Realty Investors, Cerberus, CrossHarbor Capital Partners, New York Life, Invesco, UBS, Commonfund Realty and Nuveen, Rangewater and others.
When an acquisition opportunity has been identified, Connaught Capital will develop an investment thesis, detailing the business plan and forecasted project-level returns for the investors. Our ultimate goal focuses around the optimization of the equity multiple and IRR.
Our network of management companies will be on site maintaining and protecting the properties from acquisition through disposition. This integrated approach results in the entire organization being fully accountable for the success of the investment
Current Acquisition Needs
We are currently seeking off-market assets in the multifamily and industrial sectors. Connaught Capital has a private equity fund that is searching in the $10m-$50m range. We are open to assets across the country but would prefer the southeast. Secondly, we are still seeking institutional level properties and portfolios in the same market segments at the $50m-$200m range.
