Jonathan has relationships with the top developers, family offices and institutional groups in the country. With Jonathan's network he is consisently able to provide his clients with access to off market opportunities across multiple verticals within the commercial real estate landscape. We work with our clients on projects ranging from ground up new development to value add in place properties. We have demonstrated a host of successful transactions totaling over $8.4 billion with our partners since inception.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Southern California with degrees in business administration and music composition.  He has invested in multiple business ventures outside of the real estate world including hotels, manufacturing and film/TV production.
